IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN – SHERRY CORON-ORTEGA

For those of you who think that you can’t do it or are afraid, don’t be, if I can do it, anybody can.

It has been six months since I’ve been working with Lyonel and I can honestly say that this is the best shape that I have been in my entire life! My body has changed so much these past few months that I still can’t believe that it’s me. I actually have shape and muscles! Just today I showed him my arms and he was speechless.

Just being able to do that makes me proud; answering that ad was one of the best decisions I have ever made. What he told me in the beginning is true, put in the work and no excuses and you will see results. Which is what happened and is still happening. I’ve learned and grown so much working with him and I’m excited to continue to work on my fitness journey.

For those of you who think that you can’t do it or are afraid, don’t be, if I can do it, anybody can. I’ve never worked with a trainer before, but from what I’ve seen and experienced, Lyonel is the best there is. So Lyonel, thank you for taking a chance on me and believing in me even if I didn’t see it at the time. I am so grateful and I want to make you proud.

PS. I want to share a quote with you that I came across a few years ago that I’m sure you know it:

Vene Vidi Vici = I came, I saw, I conquered

This is how I feel now Lyonel, thanks to you. Working with you has given me the confidence to know that I can handle and tackle any obstacle that is in my way, thank you!
