6 weeks ago I meet this guy, I was full of doubts, I have tried several methods, pills, etc. My tought was one more try doesn’t hurt.
Today, 6 weeks later, I am glad I took this step. I lost 24 pounds of fat, I finally sleep like a baby, I feel energized, I look better, but the best of everything is my medicines has been cut in half and hopefully soon I don’t have to take them anymore. Lyonel is an amazing trainer and better person. His staff is top of the line. I don’t have enough words to compliment Lyonel and his team.
