Monday was the two year anniversary of when Terry and I started our training with Lyonel. I was 65 when I started, and I couldn’t do a squat or push up. Lyonel evaluated our strengths and weaknesses and developed a program to increase our strength, mobility, and flexibility one step at a time. He also stressed proper form for each exercise to increase effectiveness and avoid injury.
Two years later, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life, I’ve lost 40 pounds, added muscle, and feel 10 years younger. Not bad, and I’m not finished.
