What if exercise didn’t FEEL like exercise?

Being active helps fight diabetes, age-related muscle and bone loss, heart disease, some types of cancer, obesity, and a long list of other ailments…

While at the same time boosting your mood, improving your sleep, and fighting stress.

Even with all those amazing benefits, 36% percent (more than a third!!!!) of adults do not engage in ANY leisure time physical activity.

(I don’t make the rules. But I am sharing this because YOU DESERVE to feel great.)

Here are some things you can do to be more active, starting TODAY:

  • Going on a bike ride with my partner or friends
  • Playing a sport at our local community center
  • Putting on some music and dancing while I clean the house
  • Walking to my local coffee shop to grab a coffee instead of driving
  • Doing my own landscaping and gardening to stay active and outdoors

You can be as creative as you want!

So, here’s my invitation for you…

This week, explore at least one physical activity that doesn’t feel like exercise.

Bonus points if you can get outdoors to do it!

I know it’s not easy to get started…

But you deserve it — and I have a feeling that once you get started, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.
