You obviously could add more ingredients if you want: sliced tomatoes, butter lettuce leaves, or anything else that strikes your fancy.
But itâs tasty just the way it is.
Tuna-Avocado Wrap
(serves 1)
- 2.6 oz (74 g) pouch of wild-caught tuna
- œ an avocado, pitted
- 1 whole grain wrap
Drain the tuna and spread it over the wrap. Mash the avocado and spoon it over the tuna, and wrap up the wrap. Voila! Itâs time to eat.
Doesnât get any easier than that.
